There is an error in opening Odis 4.2.3 - vdgle - 23-10-2017

After updating odis 4.2.3 I can not open the software.
Error says "Required java runtime 1.8u74 not found"
I wasn't able to find the requested version and any other I tried did I not open the program
Any ideas?

Have you copied and replaced the diag launcher supplied in the vw+seat+skoda+audi folder to the offboard diagnostics info service program folder and ran it from there?

I also had this kind of error, and I did the following as figure .

I also have error in opening odis- i get appcrash- offboard diag launcher has stopped working box...
Any ideas?

For those who did not understand here is the translation
Go to user accounts
Chage environmental variables
Delete GDI_PALOG_DIR

   
Actually erasing the first 3 (gdi) solves also my problem smile. I can now start o-e 7.2.2 (no time stamp issues). This was an excellent reply.

I have the same problem with JAVA and not found
But I cannot find path see picture with GDI_PALOG_DIR
