Hi,
can someone help me on a S5 pre facelift? (LED Taillights)
The car is from US and now in Germany, and we need to re-wire and code the taillights to EU Speccs. Can someone help me?
i looked in different forums but i cant find any helpful answer, how to do that

If you have VCDS you can check coding, i think that dont need to rewiring

Yes i got vcds, but need to know the adaption channels, and values

Easyiest way is to do it via vcp and the zdc file for us to eu…
After that the neccassary channels in EDC 46 change .
But you need to rewiring as much I remember wires…

kufatec may have a dongle to perform such coding. contact them (germany). For VCP you need the steps maybe someone could guide you on this (how to flash this parameter and which parameter to select) ????? You can also test with odis-e to see if any other additional regional selections are available (same as for steering wheel which lets you select brand).
Never flashed a parameter with VCP so not something I am familiar with.

Yes it needs wiring, as i read in other forums...
And i dont have a VCP Interface, only VCDS !
And no VAS5054 for Odis-E
as far as i know kufatec got a dongle for coding Facelift Taillight to pre facelift cars.
