Replacing front suspension damper - M3inter - 17-11-2017
Good evening,
I need to replace the front right suspension damper on an E70 (EDCSVR)
The satellite on the damper currently has a communication fault. Does anyone know if I replace the damper with a used item, will it throw fault codes relevent to programming?

Yes it will throw a fault. Can recode with ncs. If you still have an issue after recode then perhaps a wiring fault or just bad damper.

Would it not be possible to recode using ISTA-P? I'm comfortable using ISTA-P (more than NCS)
