Hello,
Can somebody explain what is the process of locking the ICOM, how is actually done. If I know the ip of the ICOM can I lock the ICOM in windows somehow without using I-tool radar or easy connect?

ICOM locking can be performed using ICOM's web interface or special SLP-like protocol which ISTA uses. You can use any browser to access web interface. For special protocol you need a special tool like IToolRadar.
