Yes multi language. You may need to download the torrent again as i had to remake it

MR and NT "multi-language" DOES NOT EXIST.
MR/NT needs 3 or 4 DVDs for EACH language...
So it is ONLY Russian OR English OR French, etc.
Application and PR are always multi-language (DVD 0 and 1), but NOT MR/NT (DVD 2 and more).
