functions are limited without activation.

You need to go to their web site and make it an accout.
First of all you try to register then you have to wait to recive an email from them that they accept your accout.
After you'll registration will be finished you use your accout to register online for certifications.
After this you'll unblock some functions but you'll still do not have full acces.
Other way is to get a dealer accout that will unblock all functions including ecu reprogramming.
This functions and few others are aviable only with a dealer account.
May e this will helping you to understand what to do in your next step.
