Help with ODIS-E and S systems - ATC - 10-12-2017

Hello everyone!

Surely this question has already been answered in the forum, but I can not find it.
I am trying to install Elsa WIN, ODIS-E and S on a real PC with W7 x64 (to take advantage of 16Gb of RAM) and I am having problems with ODIS-E and S. Elsa Win has installed correctly and works without problems, but ODIS do not. The error occurs when running the Launcher, giving the following error "Unable to determine Java Runtime Environment (error code 2) .. see attached image.

The question is. Can ODIS (E and S) be installated on an x64 system or must it be X32?
If it is possible to install on an x64 system, can someone help me with the Java error?

Thanks in advance.
ATC

Thanks for the info.

In that post, there is a person with a similar problem, but I don't see an answer to that problem and you don't answer any of my questions.

Is it possible to install ODIS (E and S) on a Windows 7 x64 system?
If it is possible, someone can help me with the error "Unable to determine Java Runtime Environment (error code 2)" ..

Thanks and best regards

Do you have Java installed in your system befire install ODIS?
If yes then you have to uninstall ODIS and Java
Then install ODIS-S and then ODIS-E. In this order.
Try it.
Good luck

Thanks again.

I have done everything you have indicated and the result is the same. sad
"Unable to determine Java Runtime Environment (Error code 2"
Can you confirm that ODIS can be installed on a Windows 7 x64 system?

I don't know what may be happening.

Thanks !!!

You have to remove the first 3 gdi lines in the environmental variables (user account).

Post a picture of your environmental variables , first lines
