Stage1 gearbox safe mode - Silva1337 - 28-12-2017
Hello guys my car has been maped long time ago problem is that i had not so best injectors bmw e60 530d(160kw) so i decided to change them so bassicaly i upgraded to 535d(200kw) injectors, car is now very fast and crazy just pressing more accelerator car goes to safe mode and i get in diagnostics
that error: 4F85 EGS : ratio monitoring , clutch E

Its slipping, not sure what you want to do but it will burn out you gearbox

Power can be reduced.or flash back standard map till clutch is fixed

You think that is gearbox clutch? cause its started after changing injectors i thought its maybe torquelimiter or somth whatdo you recommend? if its possible to fix that problem with reducing power it willbe ok i mean reducing power in that file cause i can reflash to stock but wont
, it should run still good too if power be recuded as i understand cause stronger injectors now

The fault code is basically telling you that teh ratio between engine rpm and transmission rpm it not as it should be, so sounds like it is slipping
you can argue that the tuning is too strong, or you can say that maybe you have worn / defective part
i would give the box new fluid and then start reducing the files torque gradually

Need to test with weaker file , cause clutch was rebuilded 6months ago maybe problem only in file

Fix file with corected duration, soi and rail map, not only injectors changing

With old ones injectors it worked perfectly then i replaced them

Ask the file provider to modify the file,,,or find another
