No wonder why everybody switching to esysx, no such hassle with this seller.
I can't understand the frustration and the lack of patience some of our fellow members have here.
Nobody has ever tried to force people to only use TMs launcher, it's up to anyone to choose their favorite Esys solution.
Esysx do have a lot faster and more communicative support than TM, but this is not something that TM has been striving for. I wouldn't even put TM in the category of "sellers" because the "payment" is a donation of charity.
If anyone has troubles or panic about having to donate 50 dollars to charity and a just cause, and cannot wait a few days or be patient and understanding about it, I would say that person has to work on his priorities in life.
Esysx does this as a commercial product, as a business.
TM does this for donation to charity and for the community. Please try to understand the differences.
Edit: also wanted to add that "people switching to esysx" probably is better for everyone. I can almost certainly guess that for TM, it's a relief.
I personally have both Esysx and launcher PRO. I like both of them the same way. I like to have options and possibilities.
