Looks like SQLite database in BMW_ISPI_ISTA-DATA_DELTA_nl-NL_4.09.13 Ista Package is 4.08.12
I get MD5 checksum fail is i instal with launcher.
If i extract manualy the date of SQLite database is 10.10.2017
Size is 9.014.528kb is the same as 4.08.12
So i think file is not correct.

You are right. I have updated from 4.09.13 to 4.09.20 whitout problems.

Yes its not real 4.09 its changed with database editor, because many service functions show unkown numbers.
Its a little misleading to change it and post it like it is the correct version.

Well @ my place it was possible to update it from 4.08.31 to 4.09.20, without a problem at all.
And It seems to work fine over here
