There is no "dist" folder in the odx folders in each series, it's useless with esys unless you add these.

Just coded an f30 with new dealer software no issues with this, after adding the odx folders. why do you think its a merge of 3 sources?

Correct. I rushed it. Cleaned up a little and re-uploaded.
I merged 4.10.14 with extracted 4.10.20 and 4.10.21.
