Hi,ford tranzit 2002 2.0tdci ,car came to garage non starter,immo light flashing,code 13 so we try to program new key,no luck ,wont program,when read memory have b1600,b1681,b2139 so i bought from scrap to key reader boxes just in case,when we program old key to pats and done pcm programming with ids ,car started and was running ok,next morning same problem ,immo light flashing same codes in memory,so i was thinking my box from scrap faulty,so we program second one,van was running for two days after same story same faults,intresting thing only when we fit new key reader box then we can program keys,pcm any help,thanks

Maybe SMD ou solder issues !
or I think you need to program 2 keys at least ! I read some were about it !

Ford requires two OEM style to learn immo boxes. no clones when learning pats with different box or it will set code for minimum number of learned keys below specs. car will not start after sitting
