skoda octavia swap transmission - konstantin - 22-05-2018
hi friends I have removed from this car Octavia 2011 cayc the dsg and put manual trans.
I fixed wiring for reversing switch and for ignition for starting the car uncheck in getaway the dsg but I can not change coding in engine from auto to manual gives request out from specs.
can somebody advise what can I do for this?I know that must put software from manual ecu but I do not have odis only kess ktag so if I will upload the file and eeprom can this be fixed?

You need to reflash the ECU with a SW for Manual Transmission for the same Engine. If you can't change the coding of the ECU right now, this means the current SW does not support Manual Transmission. Most probably, you will need to change the ABS coding as well.
Post here the VAG part Number, and i will let you know which SW to use

Dashboard and ABS you can recode to manual with vas5054

No warning from dash only ecu spanner flashing and esp light on
abs only with vas?i tried with vcds but no information about it only numbers
here is coding perhaps somebody know the location and can fix this coding to manual

which abs ? bosch esp 8.2 ? send identification, and vin car. I have been recoded with vas5054 without any programs

not working request out of range
For the time i have untick it from getaway to remove the esp light.But now i have another problem the parking assistance not working.I have put extra line for reverse switch into j519 board but assistance not working only lights for reverse.I must found pinouts from dsg selector level?Any tip?
