Can the Renault CAN CLIP tool be used to get the ECU Dump file?

Renaul can clip is a diagnostic tool, like it is VCDS for vag or lexia for psa for example.
You can write injector codes, see dtc or see data in real time.
But i think you can not get a ecu dump file.
You have tools, like mpps, kess that can do that.
