Hi All,
I have put together a website that can save you if you ever need to look up fault codes without ISTA present or to save you from looking through old .pdf files.

Update for those that were interested in the site.
I have made many improvements such as:
- adding extended data such as engine code (when possible)
- adding filtering (when possible) by engine code and emissions standard
- adding fault code label display in multiple languages
- improved looks and organization of site
- added full fault diagnostic information (when available) such as full description, trigger conditions, service hints, etc

Great !! I found, what A694 and A68B means for E89!!! No non-BMW software do that!
