NBT EVO dead? - Mugga - 29-09-2018

Hey guys,

I just bought a new NBT Evo, wanted to install it but it doesnt work. When power is applied I don't hear the usual "power up sound" from the dvd drive. Also when I have a look at the back, the fan is not spinning, but trying to move (looks like not enough voltage). The red lights from the most also dont turn on.

Tested the unit on my bench with ZGW, but same behaviour tried to connect with tool32 and esys, but nothing is showing up. My old NBT is picked up fine.

Does anyone maybe got a hint what could be wrong?

Hi you need a special Bench to get it back. Problem is somebody tried to probably flash it and it died while flashing bootloader, in other words, very bricked NBT smile
I can fix that for you if you want but NOT via Teamviewer or other, i need the nbt in my shop to make that repair.

Thx for your reply. The unit was tested and coded before shipping to me (by a friend) and it worked without any problems. In his car and at his bench.

So you already heard of the not turning up and not spinning fan issue?

Fan doesn't start until to cpu temperature increase. But you should see most light when quadlock connected
