CLIP error 104 module 5800 ?? - obdstart - 07-05-2014

At the first time in my life I have problem with CLIP device.
Software v137 ok, drivers installed ok, 4 LED light (2 red+2green), all looks like normal, but when try to connect with car I have from clip software message "error 104 module 5800.... try reconect for 10 sec. again"
Again & again reconect and same error.
Any have expirience with this error ?
Software bad or clip device damaged? thinking

But the link mentions it could be a loose connection, not necessarily externally it could be internal connection problem as well..remove screws and recheck all connections, make sure they're tight and good.

my friend not need any additional module, , just need to choose the appropriate menu,,,,,if the 4 LED lights are lit, it indicates that you are ok, you can do diagnose,,, without any problem,,,,,,just open the program, insert the chassis number with 17 digits, click on the small icon next to chassis number,,,, then opens completely,,,, motor, gearboxthinking, the last column introduces a number 0 or 1,,, and say OKsweating
