Sorry, that did not work either. I must be doing something wrong.
Although, I managed to installed this on my desktop pc after bit of trail and error.
I think I may not have installed the 'patch' as another member has highlighted.
So if this is the case, can someone point me in the right direction.

Ok guys, I managed to trace my steps and I have now managed to enter the key for Xentry.
I had not applied the Patch.
I now need key for DAS
System number: 000000
Hardware ID: 4A7BA7B2B260
App ID: 252
LAN ID: 4A7BA7B2B260

I am little confused..
I have Xentry Diagnostics working with the keys you guys have provided, however in 'StartKeyCentre' for Xentry DAS it says no StartKey available.
Where am I going wrong?

I am not sure what done wrong but followed same instruction to install on 2 different PC only 1 works. If someone can help on activation Xentry 2017.12 with this:

I couldn't figure out what done wrong to not have Xentry accept old key even though I applied patch.
Any help would appreciated!

Hi Its possible that your computer is on internet and when you start xentry, the key is deleted. Check your licdir folder and see if your key is 1MB or 0MB.
If 0MB then the key is deleted. If there is no key or any file there, then you dont have license to start with.
