this week a friend of my bought a seat leon AUQ me7.5 ecu.
he wass having some problems with key so he ask for immo off.
i read out eeprom ( obd ) make it off and write back nothing happends.
after this he ask for pops and bangs and tuning.
i made a file in winols and write flash with kess v5.017. after that car cranks bud no start...
i did recovery and not working...
so i take out ecu and did bootmode ( stock file ) on the bench with mpps.
writeback original succes!
put back in car and the same only cranks bud not start..
take out again and did bootmode with other stock file and also succes.
in car again the same.
i compare the files and the are the same 100% match in winols.
then I was a bit stubborn and I have the same original file back written and then started the car.
and shes a live!!!!
then i write the same ( tuned ) file and she starts and working.
bud then i adjust some maps for pops bangs and write several times over obd and working like a charm.
after 2 days owner calls me and says car wont start anymore only cracking.....
i ask him for read out with VCDS and give me this screen shot ( see attachment )
i double check the CRS and nefmoto and winols and kess says its oke...
could somebody tell me what it wrong?
i think its the ecu thats faulty...

your "pops" and "bangs" are bad made
it is a common problem with the checksum....write the mod file again and the car will start...after a few days will die again. make a good file !!

Easy to say
I use winols checkums... also same problem
Nefmoto tool to correct then also same problem.

as i said your file is bad made and after a few start/stop the check sum goes BAD and the car is dead

its not a bad made...
even with stock software it does after 2 hours of standing still and then no start...

other ecu and same software works like a charm!
