yes, they run with winkfp/NCS/INPA 
CodingTool can overwrite the files in WinKfp

Unlike PSdZData, there is no Lite / Full SP-Daten.  SP-Daten is broken up by Chassis, so there is no need for Lite version.  Download all Chassis or download a single Chassis, or any number in between.

But as well as PSsZ you can create lite version of SP-daten with files needed to coding/tool32 and without programming things.
