I need some advice. Bought from chinees SD Connect, but have troubles with wifi connection. Seems their wifi card not working well. Can any say to me what kind of wifi card i can install inside /model/

Ok i want to change wifi card in SDconnect

All i want to know the wifi card need to be similar or i just can use any PCI wifi card?

Sorry but i dont want to spent time for descovering, why im ask for help.
May be someone already solved this prob in past handshake

İf I were you use with cable because its chinees product and its not power normally there fore use with cable

You may use any old nec pci working card and it will work. The stardiagnostic tool is a very simple tool yet with a lot of complexity and easy to fix!

Any card made with ATHEROS chip based should work, the cards with other chips NEVER work !

Google is your friend to find which ones are ATHEROS. Remember same maker even with the close model can be different ! ex. Netgear WG511 is ATHEROS but WG511v2 is not !

Also beware about wifi of your laptop. I have met several Toughbook Panasonic that internal wifi was not compatible with peer to peer of sdconnect and was disconecting very often 1 minute to 1 minute .
After added an external usb wifi any kind worked without intrerruptions...
