Becouse set (according to picture and spec) have full set of cables,
proper wifi card inside a2 unit,
configured wifi router,
HDD with preinstalled software,
IMHO it is fair price.

Think him now to program one BMW whole car who costing let's we say 80.000-90.000 euros with his system who bought it with 250$ or even with 500$.....
