VAS5054A PCB Difference - knabbels - 20-06-2014

VAS5054A

I see difference in the chips being used.
Which one has the better quality? And what’s the difference between these one and the one with OKI chip and buzzer?

I also see a small chip being used next to where the OKI chip normally is being placed. what’s that one for?

That is excellent quality clone or original i have searched many places and cannot find absolutely none with this quality just lots of chinese sellers lying about what there tools can and cant do. If you would be so kind mattydr67 could you please PM where i could find such a high quality version.

Hí to all ,

I buy an VAS5054 china clone, it is blue PCB , but works great with UDS protocol , CAN protocol.
I open the interface to see, missing chips ( TJA-1054-AT ).
I've tested in VW Amarok 2012 year, works with all controllers, functions, Dashboard, Gearbox, Unit central, Immobilizer.....
But not works with ODIS software, tested 1.2.0 and 2.0.2 , not .
