These are the latest ECU Programming/Coding files for use with BMW Standard Tools (Tool32, WinKFP, NCSExpert etc).

No, zippyshare only. Try using a download manager (jdownloader works well).

I have a couple of the old daten files 2.51.2, 2.53.0.5, 50.2 do i still need those old files does this latest one covers all of those i mention?

You don't need the old files. This version covers everything.
