power class differences between ecu (one is from Audi - PC:51 and you put on Tiguan - PC:FE).
Put this eeprom and flash in ecu (car will start and no immo related messages) and you must reflash ecu with frf from previous post (vcp,avdi,odis,vvdi2,etc).
