Problems With X-TOOL - Dash_Burner - 30-08-2014
I recently started using this x-tool and did some cars.Below i will tell some problems with that tool.
1. Opel zafira 2000 model with 24LC02 chip. I do the work as it shows on video, software recognize correct id (i removed instruments and checked that) say ''write km ok'' but mileage does not change in instrument.
2. Fiat punto 2007...iI try to change milleage in ecu . X-tool recognize ecu, shows correct kilometers in ecu but when i try to change them after ''ignition on'' procedure i see temperature gauge in instrument going to full, software says ''connection error'' and kilometers does not change.Also check engine light turn on.
3. Peugeot 207 BSI...X-tool recognize bsi, shows correct VIN and kilometers, read flash also, but when i push ''write km'' button software does not do nothing.I try that with instruments connected and disconected...
But the biggest problem is BAD SUPPORT TEAM. I e-mailed them 3 times now and NO answer.
So any help about these problems would be appreciated....

Obvious that is poor tool for mileage many members have a lot problems and if support can not help you about this problem, then you will hardly find help.

Google Chrome can translate whole websites for you. Use it.
And write in english, no problem with answer at all.

Its just a few posts in english in that forum and answer is in polish. If communication is bad and suppport is bad they will not sell in the future. Also i already try with google tranclation but dont understand nothing at all..
Tool looks good but as all tools in this category needs SUPPORT.....

I dont sell it. have it and tool is good and updateable.

Many cars who are listed do not work in xtool...support very very bad ...when you wont to buy something the guys give fast feedback but if you have a trouble no chance for answer.....
