BMW E46 from US to ECE cluster - jaki - 21-03-2022
As title says, how to change US cluster to ECE one?
Car is 11/2000, and I have xprog 5.74.
Where can I find good instructions?
I'm not interested about mile changing, only to have miles to km in speedo.

can help BMW scanner 1.4 or post cluster dump

Thank You for Your assistance, but I rather do it by myself. This is more my summer hobby car, so i'm not in panic with this.
So BMW Scanner would do this year model?
EDIT: cluster seems to be the same till 3/2001, so BMW Scanner will do it. Simple.

One more question: Is there anywhere good look up (visual etc) to see if cluster is before 3/2001. Sellers clams allway everything is ok, but like to confirm it byself.

old model of e46 you can change km by obd with car scanner. but new model up to year 2000 you need do this on the eeprom 35160 in the instrument custler. you need eeprom programmer. r260 do it
