Hello.
I have a defective ews3 immobilizer, how to replace with another immobilizer? Do I need to copy processor dump to the new immobilizer.

Yes,you can do that.0D46J are read protected and will erase if you try to read them.

Yes you can read dump and copy in another ews, and memory WILL NOT ERASE if you use proper programmer...

It is not possible to read Mcu by ak90 and xprog, ews3 defective, I have a second hand one, but how to synch with dme, do I need to read flash of dme it is Bosch ms41

All programmer's manuals give a warning for one of the MCU's,but probably if removed from the PCB there will be no problem.Better safe than sorry
I use EWS editor for these functions and I am very happy with it.It can prepare virgin dump for EWS too,but it cannot be used with other programmer.
I think you can do immo off for MS41.

I remove mcu from pcb all the time and never have problem, I read with orange 5, etl etc,, never problem.....

This mask is never protected,2D46J is protected and 1D46J too

I tired to read via xprog and ak90+ but it is defective, how to read flash file of MS41 in order to post here and try to synch with used ews3.
