The last full version of Global TIS is V32, all new version have only service manual inside, for diag you need to buy subscription via TIS2WEB.

No you dont made any mistake, only mistake was version of GTIS,
you installed v36, and that version dont have any SWDL, SPS, etc,
its for online, so roll back to last offline version = v32.
