i have mazda vcm 2 92.04 works good antil i install your update 95.03 now i stuck in factory reset
can you help me please .

Install an older version, probably on a clean laptop. Then try the reset again.

this is not for update
,you must install as new and fresh program,better install a fresh OS and go ahead with v95 and I assure you,will work
