Hello i have question my friend change sensor b-pillar and i want to change vin but part number is 6929562 and my question is can i update with this number 6949910 ?

You can update it, but if you don't want to, you can change vin either with bmw scanner or tool32

Thx for reply. So i can update with any number ? Tell me please how I can change vin i tool32 i never use this program i'm a beginner. with tool32 i can chage only vin ? milleage also ?

Milleage is stored in many modules.
You can read out with Tool32, but I don't think, that Tool32 is able to write new value to the module.

I know that milleage is stored in many modules. So only pa-soft can change vin and milleage ??

In satelite b-pillar you can change vin with winkfp.
In comfort mode, chose update ZUSB. Next chose correct module.
Next chose "Enter VIN" option, and enter long VIN.
With update module, it will update VIN.
Also, You must enter VIN again with Tool32, but in this software You need VIN with checksum, for example from NCSExpert
