2016 CLA 250 problem with cluster - Moeowaisi - 21-10-2022
Hello Everyone, I have 2016 Metcedes CLA 250 sometime having problems with the cluster some weird light comes on and the fuel gage turning of and the ambient temperature disappear. I replaced the SAM control module and still the same. The pictures attached below. Please need help

Do a scan of the entire vehicle, determine where the communication problem is and find its origin.

Read it completely, delete it and then read it again. evaluate afterwards

The fault code above its after clear keep coming back. The communication keep lost between SAM and Cluster not all time when it happen the Fault code for the cluster turn to be current

As a repair professional I insist that you have a communication problem that you have to: know how to diagnose, know how to locate it and know how to solve it. Unfortunately that can only be do by working on the vehicle and knowing how to do it.
Unfortunately problems cannot be solved by having Xentry or other diagnostic equipment without training, experience and knowledge.
