After installing the new standard tools, my ICOM is no longer displayed in itool rada - autoraedarum - 28-10-2022
Try few hours to get ICOM back to working on my laptop with Win7 64bit i7 processor, before i have installed the new standard tools all works fine. After installing the new standard tools i dont see the ICOM in itool radar.
Have now installed the new standard tools on a diffrent laptop with Win7 64bit i3 processor. Have done the same setting as on the i7 and on the i3 laptop my ICOM was show in itool radar with 169.254.92.38 IP
Why on my i7 laptop it does not show the ICOM in itool radar ?
Have someone a hint ?
On i7 i got in LAN setting when connected the ICOM 169.254.200.188 IP
on th i3 169.254.133.20

Have you check your network connection. Does it say connected?
Go to command prompt, and use ipconfig to check for network connections and see if it's connected and give you an IP.

DHCP or static IP in laptop? Subnet mask? If the i7 has subnet mask 255.255.255.0 it won't see the ICOM since it's in a different subnet. The i3 might have subnet mask 255.255.0.0 so it's in same subnet. If you're not using DHCP server (physical or virtual) you could set static IP for the laptop. You do need the DHCP server for things like flashing NBT.

EDIBIAS Konfigurator 2.0 can usually fix this easier than a lot of manual methods.

Ediabas konfigurator has nothing to do with this issue. As the name implies it only effects only ediabas settings. Itoolradar will see the ICOM no matter what the ediabas settings are. It will see the ICOM even without Ediabas installed.
