ACSM5 (BMW G30) code single stage (EU) airbag on US car - btvaleks - 03-11-2022
Looked for this and didn't find an answer anywhere. I coded with US and ECE FA and compared the cafd files to find the answer how to code it, it is pretty easy and when I asked on other forums no one told me and everyone wanted to charge me like 60-80USD for it which I think is a robbery. It's a pity that no one shared coding values for the G30 unlike the F and E series where you can find everything, if you ask about something you only get PM's with I will do it for that amount of money (talking about other forums not this one).
However here are the values that need to be changed on ACSM5:
ACSM 3000
Zuendkreis_16 -> nicht_aktiv
Zuendkreis_22 -> nicht_aktiv
Delete fault codes, remove ignition for 10-20 seconds (the airbag light didn't come off just after deleting them) and you will be good !
