I have this problem. With xentry xentry no problem everything works ok.
With (DAS) always this message is no connection .it is only when (DAS) that way. Help please

Check your com port..
must set to com2 with bit rate 19200 or 115200

This error message is a standart message when there is no connection between PC and MUX. Was this ever working? If your com2 port is set correctly, the next step would be test your RS232 cable. Run Self Diagnose within Star Utilities. If you have access to another working Star system, try to connect your MUX to the other PC using your RS232 cable. I presume that MUX powered up when connected to a car. LED on the MUX is lighting OK ? My bet is bad cable.

If it works well in xentry mux you have it right, you've changed the bin folder?

I have the same problem and I find no solution. Stupid question, but what port do I have to put on 2com?
