Ista, genuine Icom next a issue - nixte - 03-12-2022

I was working normally with 4.37.40

today I have this message

"the vehicle could not be identified successfully. check vehicle interface and 'pad active'"
I can see VIN and voltage, icom works

What's wrong?
I use OEM Icom next A connected to a router, pc to router via LAN cable.

no pc setting changed.

Can someone help me?

(May be windows 10 firewall port settings or security rule changed by windows update?)
Firewal Off, antivir off

I also have a genuine ICOM Next A and have no issue using it with ISTA at all. I don't connect ICOM to the router and setup TCP. I use DHCP server and connect ICOM directly to my laptop. If I recall correctly, DHCP server is in @Sedoy ISTA standalone package.

If you'd like to connect ICOM to your router, I found this guide to be very helpful.
