G05 - Kafas4: 025D0B -control unit not coded for the vehicle - Semi14 - 06-01-2023

Hello

I found the same topic, but I can't add replies to it anymore :

https://cartechnology.co.uk/showthread.php?tid=71673&highlight=Kafas4

I have the same problem with KAFAS4

After FDL coding I have an error - " 025D0B - Kafas control unit not coded for the vehicle"

Kafas coded to VO and Flash - error remains

KAFAS is original

The topic says to find a way to disable two existing CAFDs. Must exist as CAFD_ffffffff-255_255_255

And then inject a new CAFD

Can someone tell me how to make CAFD FFFFFFF look like in KAFAS ????

Unless there is another way to get rid of this error

I would be grateful for a hint

Regards

Write it with SVT-editor

It does not work

I found a way - NCD Preparation \ NCD Preparation from SVT

Click on KAFAS and press Calculation and Sign

NCD files are created, which we manually inject as new into KAFAS

CAFD_FFFFFFFF_255_255_255 appear after injection

Unfortunately, after pressing Detect CAF from SWE and after the new coding, the error still remains - 025D0B - Kafas control unit not coded for the vehicle

Run tal calculation and see which cafd need to be there. Go to coding tab read svt_ist save it and edit. Write your cafd from tal calculation and vo code kafas

I was calculating TAL before I was doing Flash KAFAS because I thought it would help with this problem. Unfortunately, it didn't help. CAFD are good

You should also flash KAFAS to the latest software. And then do the corruption of CAFD files of KAFAS.

Flashed KAFAS4 with original FA to Istep 22-07

VO Code original FA

I also did coding Verification and uploaded the created CAFD

Unfortunately, it didn't work and the error persisted

US to ECE conversion?

Yes  - conversion US to EU. KAFAS was not encoded with changed VO. In total, the only module with changed VO that was coded was BDC, the rest of the modules were coded after FDL
