BMW X7 USA to ECE Remote services how to activate? - RaoulK1998 - 06-02-2023
hello all,
I imported a BMW X7 (2019) from USA to Europe. currently getting it ready for registration (rear foglight and US sidemarker disable etc). that should be going alright.
Now i am also thinking about the next step, getting the remote services working again. can anyone guide me what to do or what is required. i am in The Netherlands so it should work. remote start with key did not work. i have seen there are US to EU FSC sold by BMW, for €350(this is seperate from remote services), can i just load this into the MGU? or do i have to reflash it and then load it.
my goal is to get remote services and navi working as if it was EU car.

i have one customer whose mybmw app works without any work actually but i think he was very lucky.
you will need eu certs and hopefully bmw will activate it eventually.
for navigation you need eu fsc too

I think atm modules us and ece. Are different. Cant work in europe. Different frecuencies.
