ford fiesta abs module programming - AROUNDLOCKS - 09-02-2023

hi to all
i have 2012 fiesta 1.2
i believe it has abs module fault.
i would like to know if i can take data from old module to new module with ids without having to do a pats relearn for keys .
i don't generally use ids.
any help appreciated

If you open the part you can change eprom, immo data is there.but I've seen them exchange with ids of line, but I don't know the procedure, I believe it's in the module and programming, replace abs, it must read the data from the old one and launch it in the new one, follow the procedure.

hi mecadriano
yes i thought about i thought about that way but ive never looked inside one and wouldn't know if data in eeprom or mcu/also how many eeproms in module and which to remove.
if i can do with ids offline without pats relearn its not a problem.
neither is removing eeprom if it can be done that way.
i just need to know either way.
thank you for replying all help is welcome

if module is faulty and needs changing and a new one programming i think it will need 2 keys to relearn pats so i have to make a new key as only 1 key for the car
and will also need incode for the immo and then program new module to car.
i shall remove and have a look inside of module and see if it has internal fault as it needs changing anyway after saving asbuilt data as a backup/
i shall keep you updated on my findings and outcome and thank you for your knowledge
