If you were using it with trail version , then no matter what you do it will not work , even uninstall then reinstall with patch version it will still complaint ,
maybe there is some sort of file or a registry needs to be deleted first .

what version and build date you have,guys
size of your software version + patch

Try to use TrialReset v4, scan for IntelliLock and cleanup...
