Vw t5 Speed limiter - Moller Diagnostik - 04-06-2015

Hello friends

Can someone help me.
I have a problem with vw t5.The car is equipped with speed limiter to 100km/h.I dried to remove the limiter by vcds but it is not working.I see engine electronics adaptation channel 14 is the customer speed limiter what is set 190 km/h before it was 100km/h.And i see speed limiter by law what is set 250km/h.But the van is not going over 100km/h.
Is the speed limiter in flash or in eeprom file ?
If it is on flash then can someone help me to modify the map ?

Engine:BNZ
Hardware:070906016CF
EDC 16U31
Read with mpps clone version 16

V max is the EEPROM.

Vag dash can read the OBD eprom, it also has the option to change the speed limit.

Tanks for answer
But the login is 12233

No, this is not the right one

Before you can see the speed limiter (HGB) you must login with 12233

If you see your HGB in adapt channel 18, the login is 20973

Adapt channel 07, the login is 28575 (legaly HGB)
Adapt channel 14, the login is 11971 (costumer HGB)

I have done sucessfull in T5 2009

But isn't there 2 options of customer requirement and legal requirement of which only customer requirement can be done by vcds legal requirement I'm led to believe options is only remap (new ecu if dealer does it)

Hello Friends

Problem solved
There were no speed limiter set by the engine ecu. There was a "Y" wire between the accelerator pedal. There was a electronic box.And the speed signal was coming from tachograph to the electronic box between accelerator module.I removed the "Y"wire .Now the car is going over 100km/h

Tanks for your helpthumbsup
