Which tool can change the VIN in the CAS ECU (BMW)?

I know only BMW explorer and for that you need an extra hardware / dongle

I use Xprog to download the eeprom data and then change the vin manually. Works great for mileage correction as well

Hi
I believe BMW E/F scanner can change Vin and ISN details. I am not sure as I am still researching the tool before purchasing.
