Tail light cable burnt in. Someone knows thinkcar or snap on can do the job?

for short circuit counter reset no need to find addresses just use argument 0xFF. If FRM is corrupt (windows don't roll up or down and lights stay on or off) then it will need benched. I offer this service in America

For short circuit counter, just click calculate measures plan in ISTA and it will show you the correct ABL
