BMW ConnectedDrive is set to previous owner .How can I turn it off.

With my used f10 i had to send a form to bmw to relocate the CD Service for me. Maybe there is a Form to disable or cancle the service?

I don't see the car model mentioned. You can remove if from FA(VO). If it is E series you can code directly CIC with NCSExpert connected_drive - nicht aktiv, F series with E-sys same thing.
