Yes you can if you have all needed flash files downloaded to SDD

Where do I download those files with the same ssd?
I am in the section to change ecu airbag and it makes me download some updates

When you go to program ECU SDD will search flash files on computer, if not found it will try to download from server itself.

yes but to download them you have to subscribe and pay 50eu
when i try to download it says download error

No, if you have activated SDD it can download files from server without subscription. Download error can tell that file not present on server. Give filename that it try to download
