original unit is NBT so fa should be ok with NBT

you sure firmware on that NBT is at F025-16-03-500 or F025-16-03-501 levels?

Look through the FSC extended menu ESYS VIN donor NBT (ReadDataByIdentifierVIN) and compare the FA with your F25 FA. Some SA is in conflict with the NBT HW

i try that the vin changed to the car vin so i dont have donor vin

in the FSC menu, you can find fingerprints of the donor's VIN number. As I wrote before.
Or share the sticker with NBT, where i can see the part numbers.
