polo me17.5.26 clone - al70 - 23-09-2023
hi all, this polo has injector issue that was traced back to the ecu, i have a matching numbers ecu from same car and i need to clone, i don't think it's as simple as just swapping data over, could someone help me to clone, eeprom and flash from both ecu's are in the folder, cheers all

maybe use VCDS to code injectors:
you have the coding below and in the picture an example injector IMA code.
Ignition on
Engine off
[Choice]
[01 - Engine]
[Adaptation - 10]
Channel 071: IMA-ISA Wart Cylinder 1
Channel 072: IMA-ISA Wart Cylinder 2
Channel 073: IMA-ISA Wart Cylinder 3
Channel 074: IMA-ISA Cylinder Ratio 4
Channel 075: IMA- ISA Wart Cylinder 5
Channel 076: IMA-ISA Wart Cylinder 6
[Test]
[save]
[Done, Go Back]
And if you have the UDS protocol, enter the engine coding and select individual cylinders there and change their values.

The driver for injector 1 is faulty in original ECU

then maybe turn off the DTC or replace the controller
it could be a mechanical problem
injector damage, power supply short circuit, leak etc.
It's hard to say what is the cause... but these are mechanical issues
