Does your openport support 24V? The original was not prepared
You're supposed to be using XPT, right?

You probably mean atego,
what diagnostic connector it has?
If is not obd, but round mercedes 14 pin, then you must use special interface connector for SM2PRO.
If it has OBD connector, please check can lines and try to disconnect some of ecus.
