Heya all,
Anyone ever heard of these turbos actually splitting?
Got a 2014 Ford Ranger 3.2 that the turbo has blown apart. Are these common to fail?

Its common for this engine to suffer turbo overspeeding due bad injectors or wrong fueling after remap or actuator not working fine. Its 2256 right?

what is 2256? It has recently had a stage2 tune. Hasn't even travelled 100km

Update - wiring for turbo actuator damaged on top of engine. Looks like it caused turbo to overboost & split
