PS: From this version onwards, to access the multiplexed network (to cars 2018...) you will need the Renault Token.

I think it can only be obtained with an official Clip system subscription. As an independent repairer, you can get a HW token on Renault ASOS. However, its use is limited to paid services outside the Clip system. (reprogramming, automatic configuration and security gateway) for independent operations. If you try to use it with Clip and you do not have a proper subscription for Clip, the token will be recognized and permanently blocked.
